Which support system do you prefer?
Do you prefer the ticketing system for your support or online chat? I prefer the ticketing system as i can keep track of the issue. And if anything needs to be addressed again i can ask in the same ticket itself.

A bit of both really. The ticketing system for me would come second under live chat. Live chat for me is definitely the best method of support because the help can be instant and it helps businesses a lot. There is nothing better than getting instant help and support for any questions or problems you may have
